HVACMeet is a marketing and connection platform. It is not the contractor performing HVAC work. Independent providers diagnose, quote, install, repair and warrant their services. The platform records quotes, approvals, appointments and job updates. When configured, secure payment checkout charges the contractor’s connected payment account.
Contractor businesses are responsible for licensing, insurance, estimates, agreements, safety, workmanship, warranties, invoices, and payment collection.
Review provider credentials, written estimates, scope, warranties, and payment terms before authorizing work. An initial submission is a request for contact. An appointment is confirmed only after an approved quote and successful booking of an available time in the workspace. Availability is not guaranteed.
Businesses must submit accurate information and promptly report material changes. HVACMeet reviews applications before publication and may update or remove profiles.
HVACMeet does not guarantee a match, lead volume, response time, pricing, service quality, or outcome. Review dates describe checks performed at that time.
